1. Let’s get started!

2. Our Green TechRyse team will review your form and photos, then contact you to confirm eligibility – see what we accept – and schedule drop-off or pick-up.

    • Equipment drop-off at our Los Angeles workshop is FREE, located at 4117 S Centinela Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90066, but please still schedule a day/time in the form.
    • If pick-up is needed, we’ll provide a service fee quote to cover transportation costs.

3. You can drop-off your equipment or have us pick it up – let us know on the form.

    • We’ll provide you with a tax-deductible receipt to document your donation, upon request.

4. Our IT Technicians will provide secure data erasure and recycling according to Department of Defense NIST 800-88 Standards.

    • Our experienced IT team will clean your equipment and securely erase all data from Hard Disk Drivers (HDDs) and/or Solid-State Drivers (SSDs), according to the Department of Defense NIST 800-88 standards.
    • We assess each item to determine whether it should be destroyed, recycled, disposed of, resold at a low cost, or donated based on need.

5. Final Step

    • If you disposed of HDDs or SSDs we’ll provide you with a Certificate of Destruction upon request.
